What is the truth?

Every word of God is flawless; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him. Do not add to His words, or He will rebuke you and prove you a liar. Proverbs 30: 5,6

Cheeeeese !!!

Matthew started to realize how to smile last week. He sure is cute. I might be a little swayed in my thinking, but you have to admit, he is cute. He is a healthy, growing boy. Today he is 5 weeks old. I can't believe how time is flying by, already. We are just trying to enjoy every minute with him. He got to go on his first overnight trip this weekend. He went to his grandparent's on his mom's side Saturday night. Then he met 19 new family members at his aunts' house (my sister). My family got together on Sunday to celebrate the fourth. There are 24 of us now, when we count my Mom and Dad, my sisters, their husbands, and all of their kids, and us. All in all it was a good weekend. Matthew slept the enire trips. My wife's family lives two hours away, and my family lives three hours away. A lot of driving, but we made it.

Take care.......

Thanks for stopping by, whiskey, and thanks for the compliment. I've read some of your posts, and you will make it through everything just fine. We all go through rough times in our lives (some rougher than others), but its up to us if we make it through them or not. I know right now some people are getting ready to jump on me and say it is up to God, not us, but I don't buy into that. It is up to us to let God help us and lead us in the right paths. We have to put our faith in Him. If we do not, we only have ourselves to blame. I don't know anything about your religious beliefs, but just keep thinking positive, and you will be o.k.

p.s.
Invite your parents to your wedding. You will never forgive yourself if you do not. Don't let them ruin your day. Keep to yourself and close friends. The day will go by so fast you won't remember much, so, don't get all caught up in the details. And, definetaly don't worry yourself with what other people are carrying on about. It is not your problem. If they don't like where or when they are sitting, that's on them. Its not your problem.
